We recently moved to Dane County and looked at a lot of homes but couldn't find exactly what we were looking for.  We looked at several Parade Homes, showcase homes, and new spec homes.  However, from the very moment we walked into a Classic Home, it was clear that Chris was the builder we were going to buy from.  All the attention to detail we were looking for was displayed in every room.  Each Classic home we looked at was breathtaking and the one we purchased is more perfect than we could have ever imagined.  Chris has fabulous taste in design.  Every room in the house feels rich and has a flow and consistency to it.  Several houses from other builders we looked at gave us the impression that they cut corners...with Chris, no corners were cut.  Classi Homes' commitment to excellence is second to none!

We had been planning on building a home for several years prior to actually doing so this past fall.  Before building we visited countless open houses of various builders.  We found that we consistently liked the style, amenities, and overall plans that were being offered by Classic Homes.

Working with Classic Homes owner Chris Schmidt and Project Manager Ryan Olson was both a pleasure and a rewarding experience.  Both individulas quickly established their credibility and trust with us which were very important in the building process.

 

We had spent three years looking at homes, attending the Madison Parade of Homes and talking with builders prior to deciding to have a home built for us by Classic Homes.  Chris builds a quality home and with the many extra's he puts into his homes, it became clear to us that homes built by Classic Homes represented the best value.  Early in the process, Chris listened to our requests and came back with solutions or options that addressed every question or concern we had.   He was easy to get a hold of and responded in a timely fashion.
